Shipping and Refund Policies
I ship mailables using USPS. For alternative methods such as FedEx or UPS, I charge additional for shipping costs. A tracking number is always supplied to you, as well. Once the item is in possession of USPS, FedEx, or UPS, I hold no responsibility to what happens to a package. You order all items at your own risk and that includes during shipment. By completing an order, you agree to these terms.
***A new extension to my shipping policy will now include that items are only being shipped on Mondays and Fridays, under rare occasions on Tuesday. In order to keep the costs of items unchanged despite prices raising around us, cutting back to two days a week will allow that to happen. Thanks for understanding and being flexible with this change!***
Refunds will be given when the issue is deemed my fault or error on my end. Refunds will NOT be provided to purchases claimed as lost/stolen/never sent/wrong address with a tracking number showing "delivered", purchases with no proof of a receipt, customers who do not communicate with me/email me prior to purchasing physical items, and/or to customers who violate my Terms and Conditions of Use. For shipped items, you will ONLY be refunded for lost items or incorrect items that match with the item number and tracking number. Virtual services may be refunded in a case-by-case basis. No virtual services will be refunded in the event of violating my Terms and Conditions of Use, loss of access to your account, or failing to communicate an error with 72 hours of discovering a website issue that blocks access of viewing. Also, if you don't like the content you subscribed to, cancel the subscription; no refund will be provided in the event of dissatisfaction.
